Morning Fuel

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be skipped. Fine with me, I love breakfast πŸ˜‰ Make a good start to the day by having a nutritious and healthy breakfast!

I made this with layers of greek yoghurt, pumpkin seeds, ground flax seeds, chia seeds (soaked in coconut milk), cereal, fruit, berries and a dash of honey. It taste so good and will get you going in the morning πŸ™‚
